Audit readiness means the records an inspector or auditor asks for can be produced from the system as they stand, without a fortnight of reconstruction: enrolment against UDISE, fee collection reconciled to the books, staff qualifications and attendance, and an audit trail showing who changed what.
Requirements differ by board, state and whether the school is aided, unaided or minority-administered. Treat the list below as the common core, not a complete schedule.
Nobody fails an inspection because the records did not exist. They fail because the records existed in four systems that disagreed, and the fortnight available was not enough to work out which one was right.
An immutable log of changes to marks, fees and attendance — user, time, value before, value after, and reason where one is required — is what converts "our records say 1,312" into a defensible position. Without it, a corrected figure and a doctored figure are indistinguishable, and the burden falls on the school to prove which it was.
The log is not editable by anyone, including administrators. That is the property that makes it worth anything.
Receipts reconcile to the accounting system nightly rather than at year end. A gateway settlement that does not match the receipts issued is a discrepancy of one day’s size if it is caught the next morning, and of a year’s size if it is caught in the audit.
Phrased the way they arrive, answered so each one stands on its own.
Yes — complete structured export on demand, as a button rather than a request. Your data should be readable without us, and an auditor asking for it is exactly the case that proves whether that is true.
Across academic years indefinitely; nothing is purged at year rollover. Promotion moves a student forward rather than replacing the prior year, so a five-year-old attendance query is answerable.
No. It produces the figures and the reconciliations the returns are built from. Filing on UDISE+ or a state portal remains the school’s own action.

Pricing is on the page, in the open, with the counting rule written next to it. Nobody has to book a call to find out what it costs.
