TurtleDock is priced per enrolled student per year, billed annually. Institution tiers start at ₹120 per student per year (Essential) and ₹210 (Professional), with per-student rates falling as enrolment rises. ExamEdge is sold separately to students at ₹0, ₹399 or ₹799 per month.

Two things drive the price: how many students are enrolled, and which tier you are on. Nothing inside a tier is metered. If examinations are in your tier, you can run as many examinations as you like.
Institutions are invoiced once a year against enrolled students, counted at the start of the academic year. Students who join mid-year are added at a pro-rated rate; students who leave are not refunded, which is the part most people want stated plainly rather than discovered later.
Essential suits a single institution moving off spreadsheets. Professional is the tier most institutions land on, because examinations and timetabling are the two things that break first. Group is for trusts, affiliating universities and franchise networks that need consolidated books.

Enrolment is counted once at the start of the academic year and the invoice is not adjusted downward during it. Students admitted mid-year are charged pro-rata for the remaining months.
No. Implementation, configuration, migration and training are included in the per-student price for every tier.
Nothing additional. Migration from spreadsheets or another system is part of implementation. Mid-year migrations take longer because opening fee balances have to be reconciled, but they are not charged differently.
Three years from signature, fixed. Renewal after that is at the then-current rate card, with notice given before the renewal date.
No. ExamEdge is priced separately, either bought by students directly on a monthly plan or by the institution in bulk at a negotiated seat rate.
