A TutorDesk demo takes about forty minutes and is run against your own enquiry list, batch structure and instalment plans rather than a sample centre. Bring a week of enquiries, your fee plan and one test result sheet, and you will see whether the follow-up queue matches how your counsellors actually work.
A demo is not required to see pricing. The Centre, Network and Franchise rates are published, and billing is monthly on active students.
A coaching institute is a business and a school at the same time, and software demos usually show you the school half because it looks better. The business half is what pays for it.
So this demo opens where a counsellor opens: a follow-up queue sorted by who is going cold, at six in the evening, with three overdue. If that screen does not match how your counsellors work, nothing further along matters.
Three things, in whatever state they are in.
If you keep a list of what breaks in your current system, bring that too. It is usually a better agenda than ours.
Enquiry data is yours. We do not see it as a market, we do not aggregate it, and we do not resell it — and that sits in the contract rather than only on a page.
Ask every vendor you shortlist the same question, and ask for the answer in the contract. It is the single most valuable asset a coaching institute holds and the one most casually treated.
In order. Each step assumes the one before it is finished.
Phrased the way they arrive, answered so each one stands on its own.
A counsellor, not only the director. The director decides, but the counsellor is the person who will use it eleven times a day, and their objections are the ones that predict whether it gets adopted.
Yes, and we prefer it. Six to nine is when your team is actually free and when the follow-up queue is doing its real work, so the demo lands better then.
A student enrolled in a batch that has a class scheduled that month. Alumni, dropouts and enquiries are not counted, and billing is monthly on that count because batches roll.
Never. It is yours, it is in the contract, and we would encourage you to ask the same of anyone else you are considering.
Checked by the Implementations desk on 10 September 2026. Corrections go in the page, dated, rather than quietly.
Pricing is on the page, in the open, with the counting rule written next to it. Nobody has to book a call to find out what it costs.
