TutorDesk by who is using it

TutorDesk is configured differently for owners and for faculty. Owners need conversion by source, collection against target and branch comparison; faculty need batch attendance, test publication and topic-level weakness across the batch they teach.

In most coaching centres the owner is also the counsellor, at least until the second branch. These two pages describe what each role needs when they stop being the same person.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Phrased the way they arrive, answered so each one stands on its own.

Can faculty see fee information?

Not by default. Faculty see the batches they teach — attendance, tests and topic performance — and not the fee ledger, which keeps a common source of friction out of the staff room.

Can a franchisee see other branches?

No. Franchisees see their own centre; the network owner sees all of them. Shared policy and test series flow down without exposing another franchisee’s books.
