CampusHub by institution type

CampusHub is used by universities with affiliated centres, engineering and medical colleges, autonomous institutions running their own schemes, and arts and science colleges. What differs between them is the examination scheme and the accreditation body, not the underlying record.

The question that decides the implementation is not size. It is who owns the examination scheme — you, or a university you are affiliated to — because that determines whether results are yours to publish or yours to submit.

Affiliated, autonomous, or the university itself

An affiliated college submits results into a scheme it does not control, and its system has to produce exactly the format the university expects. An autonomous institution owns the scheme and carries the audit obligation that comes with it. A university runs both sides.

These are genuinely different implementations, and mistaking one for the other is the most common reason a higher-education rollout runs long.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Phrased the way they arrive, answered so each one stands on its own.

Does CampusHub work for affiliated colleges?

Yes. Affiliated colleges configure the university’s scheme and produce submissions in the format it expects, while keeping their own internal assessment and attendance workflows.

Can one installation serve a university and its colleges?

Yes. Centres run their own operations under a shared scheme, so results consolidate at university level without a merge step.
