CampusHub pricing, per enrolled student

CampusHub is priced per enrolled student per academic year, billed annually, with the per-student rate falling as enrolment rises. Implementation, examination scheme configuration, data migration, training and unlimited staff logins are included at every tier.

Figures below are indicative and under review. Confirm the current rate card, minimums and applicable GST before budgeting against them.

Higher-education software is often quoted per institution, which makes comparison difficult and tends to favour the vendor. Per enrolled student is easier to check and harder to inflate.

Scheme configuration is included rather than being a professional-services line item, because it is the work that determines whether the system functions at all.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Phrased the way they arrive, answered so each one stands on its own.

How much does a college ERP cost in India?

Pricing is quoted either per institution or per enrolled student. Per-student annual rates for a full-featured system commonly fall between ₹150 and ₹300, dropping with enrolment. Compare total cost including implementation, per-user licences and messaging credits rather than headline rate.

Is examination scheme configuration charged separately?

No. It is included at every tier, because it is the work that determines whether the system works. Vendors who charge for it separately are charging for the implementation twice.

Are faculty logins charged per user?

No, unlimited at every tier. Per-user pricing pushes institutions into shared accounts, which destroys the audit trail that makes the examination handling worth having.

How are affiliated colleges priced?

By total enrolment across the colleges on the system, quoted at group level rather than per college, so consolidation does not cost more than the sum of its parts.
