CampusHub compared with the alternatives

These comparisons put CampusHub against the college ERPs Indian institutions shortlist — principally Camu and MasterSoft — on the criteria that decide the purchase: whether results reconcile, whether elective capacity is enforced, and what accreditation reporting actually costs you.

We publish CampusHub, so treat this as informed but interested. Each comparison names where the other system is the better choice.

Feature grids will not separate these products. Every one of them has admissions, registration and examinations. What separates them is whether the transcript reconciles without manual intervention, and you only find that out by testing it against your own scheme.

Take your own scheme to every demo

Bring your examination scheme — internal and external weightings, moderation rules, grade point mapping, backlog handling — and ask each vendor to configure it live. Then ask them to produce a transcript for a student with one backlog and one elective outside their programme.

That single test separates these products more reliably than any feature comparison, including this one.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Phrased the way they arrive, answered so each one stands on its own.

What is the best college ERP in India?

There is no single best. The right one is whichever handles your examination scheme without manual intervention, since that is where higher-education systems fail. Test that against your own scheme rather than comparing feature lists.

Can we migrate from another college ERP?

Yes, from standard exports. Students, historical results and backlogs import cleanly; the slow part is modelling your examination scheme correctly, which has to happen before any data lands.
