Most centres buying pre-printed OMR sheets are paying for paper and a layout they could produce themselves. The sheets are not complicated; what matters is that they print at exactly the right size and that the roll number field is unambiguous.
In any batch of two hundred, a few will not match a student — a misfilled roll number, a smudge, a student using last term’s number. The temptation is to discard them and publish.
