MasterSoft is a long-established Indian higher-education ERP with deep coverage of university and affiliated-college workflows and long institutional experience of Indian regulations. CampusHub is newer, narrower, and built around credit accounting with a stricter audit posture on moderation.
MasterSoft has been implementing in Indian higher education for far longer than we have, and that experience is real. Any honest comparison has to start there rather than around it.
Where we would put ourselves ahead is narrower: what happens to a mark between entry and transcript, and whether that can be explained years later.
Choose MasterSoft if you value long track record with Indian universities, want a vendor who has seen many regulation cycles, or need coverage of workflows outside core academics. Choose CampusHub if audit-grade examination handling and credit accounting are the deciding factors, and you prefer a narrower system you can reason about.

A vendor that has been through several regulation changes with Indian universities knows things that are not written down. When a scheme change lands mid-cycle, that experience is worth a great deal and we would not pretend otherwise.
If your institution already runs MasterSoft competently, the case for moving is weak. Migration cost is real, and "ours is architecturally tidier" is not a business reason.

For universities running affiliated colleges on a shared scheme, yes, and that is the configuration it is built around. For very large deployments, ask both vendors for reference institutions at your scale rather than taking either at their word.
Modelling the examination scheme first, then importing students, historical results and backlogs from standard exports. The scheme is the long pole; data import is comparatively quick.
