TutorDesk compared with Teachmore

Teachmore is a white-label platform for launching and selling online courses under your own brand, with course delivery, payments and a branded app. TutorDesk manages the operations of a coaching centre — enquiries, batches, fees, attendance and test series — and does not deliver courses.

As with Classplus, the honest framing is that these serve different businesses. Teachmore is a way to become an online course seller; TutorDesk is a way to run a coaching centre better.

Verdict

Where each one wins

Choose Teachmore if you are launching an online course business and want delivery, branding and commerce in one product. Choose TutorDesk if you run batches at a centre and need the enquiry, collection and test machinery around them. An institute doing both will run two systems, and should be clear-eyed about that cost.

Where the overlap genuinely is

Both handle payments and both have a student app, and that is roughly where it ends. An institute comparing them on a feature grid will find a lot of apparent overlap and very little real one.

The useful comparison is not feature by feature. It is: does your business depend on a room, or on a catalogue?

FAQ

Questions people ask

Phrased the way they arrive, answered so each one stands on its own.

Which is better for an offline coaching centre?

TutorDesk, straightforwardly — batch operations, OMR test series and biometric attendance are not what a course-delivery platform is built for. If your centre is entirely online and content-led, the answer reverses.

Can TutorDesk give us a branded app?

No. We do not offer white-labelling. If a branded app is central to how you go to market, that is a real reason to choose differently.
